  • At the end of 2016, Bridges Real Estate and Peak Development embarked on a collaboration on the large-scale renovation of Huidekoperstraat 26 in Amsterdam city centre. The redevelopment is being carried out by Aalberts Bouw and is nearing completion. The first lessee, the internet sports company DAZN, will move into the premises in April 2019.

  • The former Diamond Exchange (Diamantbeurs) in Amsterdam has a rich history, in terms of its architecture and of the many functions it has accommodated over the years. In February 2015 Willem Sijthoff and Zadelhoff Beheer acquired this building with the intention of redeveloping it as the Centre for the Creative Industries.   • Peak Development has assisted Bouwinvest with the purchase and redevelopment of the former Citroën buildings at Stadionplein in Amsterdam. Working closely with Bouwinvest, Peak Development is creating a multifunctional concept that is in keeping with the characteristic buildings and their surroundings. The overarching project has been given the name The Olympic Amsterdam. The two buildings comprise approx. 15,500 m² (Building 1962) and 10,000 m² (Building 1931) and are superbly located on either side of the entrance to the Olympic Stadium.

  • Vastint Netherlands has concluded a lease with WPP, the world’s largest communications and marketing services group, for around 19,500 m² of office space in the Rivierstaete building in Amsterdam. This means that the formerly white building on the Amstel river, well-known for the striking design by Hugh Maaskant, is now two-thirds let. The building is expected to be delivered at the end of 2017, after which, following a fitting-out period, WPP will move into Rivierstaete.
